Tuition & Fees
Current Tuition & Fees can be found on our Tuition & Fee schedule (available on our website, Brightwheel and posted near our bulletin board). We charge a flat tuition based on the number of days per week your child is enrolled. We do not offer half-day or hourly rates.
Tuition options include:

Full-Time - 4 or 5 days per week

3-Day Schedule - Monday, Wednesday, Friday

2-Day Schedule - Tuesday, Thursday

Extended Care - Available for children enrolled full time care only

A non-refundable Application Fee is required upon applying for enrollment to hold your child’s spot while paperwork is completed. A deposit is due at the time of signing the enrollment contract. Failure to pay may result in forfeiture of the spot.

Tuition is required regardless of attendance and secures your child’s spot.

All fees must be paid in advance.

Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of the month; weekly tuition is due each Friday for the following week.

Families using subsidy programs are responsible for paying the difference between our fees and what the subsidy program pays.

Automatic payments via Brightwheel are required.

A 2.95% processing fee applies to card payments. To avoid fees, families may opt for ACH bank transfers.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for absences, except on an individual basis in cases of extended illness, pre-approved vacation days, or extended weather-related closures, as described in our policies.

Extended Care
Extended Care: At Tiny Vines Nursery, we understand that some families may require care beyond our standard hours. As a result, we offer extended care services on an individual basis for children enrolled full-time. Extended care is available with prior discussion and approval from the provider, and an extended care contract must be signed to confirm arrangements.

Other Fees
Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $100 is due with your application for enrollment to secure your child's spot while completing enrollment paperwork. This also helps cover the cost of tours and the time spent preparing for your child's enrollment.
Deposit: A deposit equal to 2 weeks Tuition is due at the time of signing the enrollment contract. Failure to pay may result in forfeiture of the spot. This deposit covers your child's final weeks of care, so long as timely notice is provided.
Late Pickup Fee: ​A late pickup fee of $1/minute applies for pickups after contracted hours.
Missed Sign In/Out: A $5 fee applies for each missed sign in/out.
Late Payment Fee: A $25 late payment fee applies for any late tuition payments.
Returned Payment Fee: A $40 returned payment fee applies to any returned payments.

Drop In Care: Subject to ratio limits, drop in care may be available for $100 per day. An Application Fee and Enrollment Packet are required in order to be accepted into care.
